Brick Center Plaza changes hands

New York City Cohen and Co. said Monday that it facilitated the sale of Brick Center Plaza, a 115,000-sq.-ft. community shopping center located in Brick, N.J.

The buyer is a private real estate company headquartered in Jersey City, N.J.

Brick Center Plaza was 89% leased at time of sale. Tenants include Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond and West Marine.
