Bon-Ton’s Rockford DC is sold
An affiliate of Milwaukee-based Phoenix Investors has purchased Bon-Ton’s 517,000-sq.-ft. distribution center in Rockford, Ill., and is in the market for a new tenant.
Located between two four-way interchanges with Interstate 90, the property features 25,000 sq. ft. of office space, clear ceiling heights up to 26 ft., one drive-in door, and 127 dock doors.
The new landlord is willing to divide the space for multiple tenants and will be engaged in renovating the building in the coming months.
"The property is well positioned to provide a cost efficient and flexible solution for future users,” said Kurt Jensen, Phoenix's senior VP of acquisitions and leasing.
Sale price of the property was not disclosed.
