Bobby’s Burger Palace to open in Philadelphia

Philadelphia Michael Salove Co., an X Team partner, announced the completion of a lease transaction at 3925 Walnut Street in Philadelphia with Bobby’s Burger Palace.

Bobby’s Burger Palace will open in spring 2010, and will occupy 3,420 sq. ft. on the first floor of The Radian, University City’s newest mixed-use project. Other retailers in The Radian include Chipotle, Tap House, Capogiro Gelato Artisans, Jimmy John’s Gourmet Sandwiches, Bank of America, Kaplan and CVS.

This will be Bobby Burger Palace’s fifth location.
