Big Mouth Burgers & Beers lease signed at Bayhill Shopping Center

San Bruno, Calif. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers has leased space in Bayhill Shopping Center to Big Mouth Burgers & Beers. The restaurant has leased 1,560 sq. ft. of space, and is slated to open in the summer.

The 121,846-sq.-ft. community center in San Bruno is anchored by a 27,111-sq.-ft. CVS/pharmacy and a 32,110-sq.-ft. Mollie Stone’s Markets, along with retail shop space including Starbucks, Jamba Juice, GameStop, Weight Watchers and Bayhill Gym & Fitness.

Regency owns 413 retail properties, including those held in co-investment partnerships. Including tenant-owned square footage, the portfolio encompasses 55.3 million sq. ft.
