Bayer names new leasing chief
Bayer Properties has named Paul Neuroth its new senior VP of leasing. This marks the 20-year industry veteran’s second tenure with the Birmingham, Ala.-based developer.
Neuroth returns from Southern Land Company, where he served in the same capacity. He was responsible for leasing 82,000 sq. ft. of commercial space at mixed-use development Vertis Green Hills in Nashville and also handled The Laurel in Philadelphia and Southside at McEwen in Nashville.
“I had the pleasure of working with Paul during his previous time with Bayer and am so excited for his return,” said Libby Lassiter, president of Bayer Properties.
