Bark! to open at Festival at Woodholme

Baltimore, Md. Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Baltimore at Festival at Woodholme to Bark!, a four-store pet food and supplies retailer.

Bark! has leased 2,400 sq. ft. and is slated to open in fall 2010.

The 81,027-sq.-ft. Festival at Woodholme shopping center is anchored by Trader Joe’s alongside Pier 1 Imports, Chico’s, White House/Black Market and Starbucks.
