Baker Katz completes sale of 2.12-acre property with existing 13,000-sq.-ft. office building in Houston

Houston -- Baker Katz announced the sale of a 2.12-acre property with an existing 13,000 sq. ft. office building located in Houston, near the cross streets of U.S. Highway 59 N and West Little York Road.



Baker Katz principal Kenneth Katz made the announcement.



“Baker Katz acquired this property in June of 2015 with plans for redevelopment to accommodate the growing restaurant and retailer demand in Northeast Houston,” said Neal Wade, Baker Katz Development Partner. “We were quickly approached to sell by an end user, which is indicative of the tight supply and robust demand for well-positioned land in this immediate trade area.”



Baker Katz sold the property to a private buyer who was represented by Preston Cunningham with Cunningham Ventures in the transaction.
