Avenue Boutique inks lease at Broadway Village

Tucson, Ariz. Local retailer Avenue Boutique has leased 1,336 sq. ft. in Broadway Village, a historic retail landmark in Tucson. Avenue Boutique, which sells fashion-forward apparel and accessories, is slated to open in September.

Commercial Retail Advisors brokered the space on behalf of shopping center owners Commercial Retail Investors and 4-D Properties, who purchased Broadway Village in 2008 and are in the throes of a renovation designed to return the center to its original Colonial Spanish luster.

Prime Commercial Real Estate represented the retailer in the transaction.
