AutoZone, American Mattress, AT&T to open in north suburban Chicagoland

Oak Brook, Ill. Inland Real Estate Corp. announced Tuesday the signing of 19,168 sq. ft. of new and expansion leases at three shopping centers in north suburban Niles and Skokie, Ill.

AutoZone signed an 8,008-sq.-ft. lease at the Golf Road Plaza shopping center, located in Niles, and American Mattress signed a 5,455-sq.-ft. lease at Four Flaggs Marketplace, also in Niles.

The AT&T cellular store at the Shops at Orchard Place in Skokie, located adjacent to the Old Orchard Shopping Center, recently signed a lease to expand from 3,370 sq. ft. to 4,570 sq. ft. In addition, Revive Chiropractic has leased 1,135 sq. ft. at the center.
