AT&T to sponsor rooftop deck at Cardinals Nation
Baltimore — The Cordish Cos. and the St. Louis Cardinals have announced that AT&T has joined Ballpark Village in St. Louis as the naming rights sponsor for the two-story seating deck atop Cardinals Nation. As part of a multi-year agreement, the Cardinals Nation ticketed deck will be known as the AT&T Rooftop.
The construction of Ballpark Village represents the next step in the Cardinals’ vision for their investment in downtown St. Louis that began with the opening of the privately financed, $411 million Busch Stadium in 2006. Ballpark Village is a mixed-use retail, entertainment, office, and residential district being developed in partnership by the St. Louis Cardinals and The Cordish Companies.
Spanning seven city blocks on the 10-acre site just north of Busch Stadium, Ballpark Village will be the first master-planned mixed-use development designed to complement the excitement and energy of the Major League Baseball game day experience to a new neighborhood outside the stadium walls.
As part of Cardinals Nation at Ballpark Village, the AT&T Rooftop offers fans a unique way to enjoy a game. With the all-0includive ticket, fans will enjoy an upscale buffet and full0-service bar inside the exclusive indoor club and then step outdoors for a great view of the game from reserved seats on the rooftop overlooking Busch Stadium.
“Watching the game from the AT&T Rooftop at Cardinals Nation will be one of the most unique experiences in baseball,” said Bill DeWitt III, President of the Cardinals. “Fans have been looking forward to this opportunity ever since Ballpark Village construction began, so we anticipate ticket demand will be high.”
Divided into an upper and lower deck, the AT&T Rooftop accommodates over 330 fans and includes accessible seating.
