AT&T doubles Freehold store size, adds interactivity

10/19/2009

Freehold, N.J. AT&T said Monday it has opened a new wireless store in Freehold, N.J., which is twice as large as its previous Freehold location. The new store features an interactive design that the company says redefines the wireless shopping experience.

"The innovative layout makes it easy for customers to try before they buy today's most sought after wireless products," said Tom DeVito, VP and general manager of AT&T in New Jersey and New York. "Our staff can provide hands-on tutorials on the latest smartphones loaded with Windows Mobile 6.5, netbooks and quick messaging cell phones with pull out key boards that make texting, tweeting, and talking a snap."

The new store is located in the Freehold Raceway Plaza Mall.

AT&T has a total three AT&T-owned wireless locations in Monmouth County.
