Atlas Oil to acquire 33 BP sites

Taylor, Mich. Atlas Oil Co. announced Monday it will acquire 33 retail gas stations/convenience stores in southwest Chicago and surrounds from BP Products North America.

The purchase will bring Atlas’s total BP station count to 113 in the area, and will increase total distribution to 300 million gallons of fuel annually for BP.

This will be Atlas Oil Co.’s third major acquisition from BP in the last year.
