Ashley Furniture HomeStore celebrates grand opening

Colton, Calif. — Ashley Furniture HomeStore has opened a new store in Los Angeles. The two-story freestanding building encompasses 49,374 sq. ft.



The Hodgdon Group’s HMC Construction converted a former FAMSA building to fit out the new store. FAMSA is a furniture, electronics and appliance retailer. Hodgdon Realty Group represented Ashley Furniture in the lease negotiation. Studley represented the landlord. KTGY Group, Inc., Architecture + Planning of Irvine was the project architect. Pacific Crest Consultants, Inc. served as a permitting consultant.
