Ashley Furniture absorbs former Wickes building

Palmdale, Calif. Hodgdon Group announced Wednesday that Ashley Furniture HomeStore has inked a lease to occupy the 42,000-sq.-ft. former Wickes Furniture Store building in the Sierra Commons shopping center, located in Palmdale, Calif.

The landlord is GRAE Ventures, LLC of Los Angeles.

Ashley Furniture HomeStore will join tenants Michaels, BevMo, Tuesday Morning and Applebee’s. The retailer said it plans to open on Oct. 2.
