Alfred Angelo, Life is Good to open at Short Pump Station

Richmond, Va. Divaris Real Estate said Wednesday that Alfred Angelo and Life is Good have leased space in the Divaris-leased Short Pump Station located in Henrico County, Va.

AA Bridal LLC, doing business as Alfred Angelo, will occupy 4,440 sq. ft. in the lifestyle center. Jake & Friends LLC, trading as Life is Good, has leased 1,600 sq. ft.

Trader Joe’s specialty grocery anchors the 91,369-sq.-ft. Short Pump Station. Other tenants include Ulta Cosmetics, Five Below, Petco, Longhorn Steakhouse, Omaha Steaks and Vitamin Shoppe.

Alfred Angelo is a 68-unit retail chain specializing in custom wedding apparel and formalwear. Life is Good is a gift, clothing and accessory retailer whose original flagship store on Newbury Street in Boston has been joined by 130 dedicated shops and retailers nationwide.
