Alamo Drafthouse Cinema to open at Village at Stone Oak

Beachwood, Ohio Developers Diversified Realty Corp. announced Tuesday that Alamo Drafthouse Cinema will open at Village at Stone Oak in San Antonio, in fall 2010.

The planned Alamo Drafthouse Cinema for the center is a six-screen theater with rows of seats and bench-style tables with a seating capacity for 900 people.

“Alamo Drafthouse Cinema will provide a first-class, first-run movie theater for families in the area,” said Marc Hays, senior VP leasing -- specialty centers for Developers Diversified.

Village at Stone Oak is a 635,000-sq.-ft. mixed-use shopping center featuring SuperTarget, HomeGoods and Cost Plus World Market, as well as a variety of lifestyle tenants including Talbots, Chico’s, Coldwater Creek, American Eagle, Victoria’s Secret and Hollister.
