AJ Wright, TGI Friday’s lease space at Penn Station

District Heights, Md. AJ Wright said Thursday it has leased 25,000 sq. ft. at Penn Station Shopping Center, in District Heights, Md.

The discount fashion retailer will be located in the former National Wholesale Liquidators store next to Dollar Tree.

In other leasing news, TGI Friday’s has also leased space at Penn Station, committing to open a 5,546-sq.-ft. restaurant on the site.

Penn Station is a 244,959-sq.-ft. community shopping center in Prince George's County. Anchored by a Save A Lot grocery store, the center includes a mix of national and local fashion, service, food and hard goods merchants. Penn Station recently underwent a renovation that included improvements to the lighting, facade, parking lot, signage and landscaping.
