A&G Realty brings on two partners

Melville, N.Y. -- Commercial real estate consulting, advisory and investment group A&G Realty Partners announced that Peter Lynch and Andrew Margolick have joined the firm as partners.



Lynch joins A&G from DJM Realty, where he was a principal and senior managing director, and Margolick was president of his own firm, ARM Consulting, as well as a former VP at Hilco Real Estate.



Prior to his tenure at DJM Realty, Lynch was president, COO and CFO for numerous specialty retail, big-box, outlet and department stores in both publicly traded and venture capital-based companies that include Babystyle, Warner Bros. Studio Stores, Baby Guess Kids, STØR (a division of Ikea) and Emporium Department Store.



Margolick has represented such companies as A&P, Zales, WorldCom, Bally, The Pantry, Oakley, Panda Express, Mikasa, J. Jill, Select Comfort, Papyrus, and Anchor Blue.
