Adler breaks ground on retail center

Agoura Hills, Calif. Adler Realty Investments said Tuesday it has broken ground on a new 35,000-sq.-ft. retail center in Agoura Hills, Calif.

The center, named The Shops at Oak Creek, is 83% pre-leased, and Adler has secured a construction loan from Wilshire State Bank.

Tenants include a specialty retail grocer, Panda Express, Roebeks, Verizon Go-Wireless, Urban Cafe, San Ramon Lighting along with Jinky’s Cafe and Fat Fish restaurants.
