Ace Hardware inks deal to open at Paces Ferry Plaza

Atlanta Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said it has leased retail space in Atlanta to two new merchants at Paces Ferry Plaza. Ace Hardware has leased 5,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and Day Spa and Nail leased 2,782 sq. ft., making the center fully leased.

The 61,693-sq.-ft. Paces Ferry Plaza features Caribou Coffee, Houston’s and The Flying Biscuit Cafe.
