$54 million Missouri center completed
Knoebel Construction announced it has completed the 270,000 sq.-ft. Shoppes at Mid Rivers in St. Peters, Missouri, across the highway from Mid Rivers Mall.
The $54 million GBT Realty project consists of 14 buildings on 24 acres and will open with a roster of retailers that includes Ulta Beauty, Marshalls, Home Goods, Burlington, and Academy Sports + Outdoor. Coming in 2018 are Ross Dress for Less, Sleep Number, and Sprint.
The Brentwood, Tenn.-based GBT has been involved with the development and management of more than $6 billion of real estate totaling 35 million sq. ft. in 27 states.
