24/7 Neighborhood Gym leases retail space at Hickory Creek Plaza

Denton, Texas Jacksonville, Fla.-based Regency Centers said Monday it has leased retail space to 24/7 Neighborhood Gym at the developer’s Hickory Creek Plaza center in Denton, Texas.

24/7 Neighborhood Gym has leased 3,015 sq. ft. and is slated to open in January 2010.
