Prime seafood restaurant is set to open a second New Jersey location at…

Eddie V’s, a top-quality seafood restaurant with locations in Austin, Palm Desert, and Fort Lauderdale, will soon be serving southern New Jersey.

With one new location already secured at Westfield’s Garden State Plaza in North Jersey, Eddie V’s has signed on for a space at PREIT’s Cherry Hill Mall in the south Jersey suburbs. This brings the restaurant’s roster close to 30 locations, the most residing in California, Texas, and Florida.

The mall has long enjoyed success with top-shelf dining experiences. Seasons 52, The Capital Grille, Maggiano’s Little Italy, and other fine restaurants with direct entrances and valet parking did sales in 2021 that were 18% higher than they were in 2019. Last year Cherry Hill Mall placed 20 new tenants in 50,000 sq. ft. of space, hiking average sales per sq. ft. for the year to $936, an increase of 27%.

Also opening a location at the property will be Marc Cain, a women’s ready-to-wear brand from Germany. One of its few United States locations, the Cherry Hill store is set to open in March.
