If you have stores in Slate Grocery centers in Minnesota, Illinois, or North Dakota, chances are you’ll now be dealing with real estate professionals from Pine Tree.

The Northbrook, Ill.-based company has announced it will be taking over the management of 10 grocery-anchored shopping centers in those states, with responsibility for all property operations. The centers:

Watford Plaza, a 102,000-sq.-ft. center anchored by Cash Wise Foods in Watford City, N.D.

East Brainerd Mall in central Minnesota, anchored by the region’s dominant grocer, Cub Foods.

North Lake Commons, a Jewel Osco-anchored 121,000-sq.-ft. neighborhood center located at the intersection of Illinois Route 22 and U.S. Route 12 in Lake Zurich, Ill.

Glidden Crossing on the heavily traveled Interstate 88 in DeKalb, Ill., has Schnuck’s as its supermarket.

Mapleridge Center, a Hyvee-anchored 115,000-sq.-ft. center located within the main retail corridor between Saint Paul and White Bear Lake.

Southgate Crossing, which offers Cash Wise Foods and co-anchors Petco and Gordman’s in Minot, ND.

North Branch, a 73,000-sq.-ft. property at the intersection of US-35 and MN-95 in the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro.

Plymouth Station, headlined by Hy-Vee located at the intersection of Highway 55 and County Road 24 in Plymouth, Minn.

Phalen Retail Center, one of St. Paul’s newest neighborhood centers, which features Cub Foods.

Alta Mesa Plaza--well south of the rest of this management portfolio and one of the largest centers at 168,000 sq. ft.--features LA Fitness and Office Depot.
