The two-story, 30,000-sq.-ft. store is set to open in the fall of 2025.

Another Wayfair brand is entering brick-and-mortar.

Perigold, the designer-driven, online provider of luxe home furnishings, will debut in physical retail next year. Its first location will be a two-floor, 30,000-sq.-ft. space at CityPlace in West Palm Beach, home to such brands as Design Within Reach, Restoration Hardware, Sur La Table, and West Elm.

In opening a physical store, Perigold joins Wayfair's Joss & Main banner and its AllModern banner, both of which have opened brick-and-mortar stores.

”Prior to our launch in 2017, consumers had limited access to the best in home design. No retailer was offering the breadth of categories, styles, and designer-loved brands that we have, all in one place,” said Rebecca Ginns, global head of Perigold. “With this expansion, we are excited to increase access with physical store locations where consumers and designers alike can see and experience the superior craftsmanship and materials of these amazing products in person.”

Perigold plans to use stores to showcase its offerings in distinct home-setting environments curated by both locally and nationally recognized interior designers such as Marie Flanigan, Jessica Davis, and Julie Neill.

The high-end home goods retailer carries more than 150 brands that include Vanguard, OLY, House of Rohl, Theodore Alexander, Visual Comfort, Stark Rugs, and Scalamandre.

“With a retailer like Perigold, a place that offers all of a designer’s favorite sources of inspiration under one roof is a game-changer, especially in a place like West Palm Beach,” said interior designer and Perigold partner Helen Bergin. “The area has incredible vintage vendors but less retail options. Perigold is going to change that, not only for this area but for the industry as well.”

Plans for the West Palm Beach store feature high ceilings, lots of natural light, and ample space to showcase the breadth of their assortment and allow designers and clients to collaborate on room layouts.

“For nearly 25 years, CityPlace has been a trailblazing destination for the region with many firsts, furthering the growth of downtown, and we look forward to welcoming the esteemed brand’s first location,” said Gopal Rajegowda, executive VP of Related Ross, the developer and operator of CityPlace.

Established in 2017, Perigold is a part of Wayfair, the Boston-based, online seller of furniture and home goods.
