Wet Seal names real estate exec

Foothill Ranch, Calif. The Wet Seal said Monday it has appointed Nick Dialynas to the Wet Seal executive team as VP real estate.

Dialynas will join the organization in late August and will report to CEO Ed Thomas.

Dialynas was most recently senior director of leasing at Liz Claiborne. Prior to Liz Claiborne, he was at The Mills Corp. and The Rouse Co., giving him extensive experience from the landlord side of the business.

As of Aug. 1, Wet Seal operated a total of 496 stores in 47 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, including 415 Wet Seal stores and 81 Arden B stores.
