Wet Seal chairman retires

Foothill Ranch, Calif. The Wet Seal announced on Monday that chairman Alan Siegel has retired from the company’s board of directors due to personal commitments. The move is effective immediately.

Current board member Harold Kahn, who first joined the board in January 2005, has been named Siegel’s successor as chairman.
