Westlake Hardware names COO

Lenexa, Kan. Westlake Hardware has appointed Rob Easley to the newly created position of COO.

Easley will be responsible for the operations of the company’s 89 Westlake Ace Hardware retail locations, marketing functions, field human resources and talent development.

Prior to joining Westlake Hardware, Easley held the position of COO for Rite Aid Corp. In addition, he held several senior-level operations positions with H. E. Butt, including chief marketing officer.
