Walgreen's Rein to Join J.C. Penney Board

Plano, Texas The chairman and CEO of Walgreen Co., Jeffrey Rein, will join J.C. Penney Co. Inc.'s board of directors Dec. 9.

Rein will be the 12th member of the company's board.
