Walgreens appoints new board member

Deerfield, Ill. Walgreen Co. said Tuesday that it has named Ginger L. Graham to its board of directors, effective May 1.

Graham is president and CEO of Two Trees Consulting and a Harvard Business School faculty member. She joins the board as an independent director and becomes the board’s 10th member.
