Tween Brands Names CFO

New Albany Tween Brands appointed Rolando de Aguiar executive VP and CFO, effective June 2. Aguiar, 59, replaces Paul C. Carbone, who resigned in February after more than a year with the company.

Most recently, Aguiar served as a managing director with Abacus Advisors LLC, a New York management advisory company. Prior to that, he was a senior officer of Rocky Hill, Conn.-based Ames Department Stores, which went out of business in 2002.
