Tween Brands Announces Board Appointees

New Albany, Ohio Tween Brands announced the appointment of Philip E. Mallott and Michael W. Rayden to the company's board of directors. Each was elected to serve three-year terms.

At its annual stockholder meeting on Thursday, Tween Brands also announced the resignation of Nancy J. Kramer from the board, effective immediately. Kramer resigned to focus on her own company, Columbus, Ohio-based Resource Interactive, of which she is founder and chief executive.
