Tuesday Morning CFO to Resign

New York City, The CFO of Tuesday Morning Corp. plans to leave the closeout merchandise retailer next month, the company said in a regulatory filing Friday.

Elizabeth A. Schroeder, who is also executive VP, secretary and treasurer, will resign Jan. 15, according to a filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Schroeder is leaving to join her husband’s business, according to a company spokeswoman.

The company has not yet named a replacement.
