Tri-North Builders names director of west coast operations

Madison, Wis. Tri-North Builders, a nationwide construction company, would like to welcome a new addition to their team, David Falvey. Falvey has been named Tri-North Builders’ director of west coast operations for their new California office.

Falvey has been a professional in the construction industry for 30 years, but grew up learning the trade.  Starting in the residential construction booms of the 1970s and 1980s, he spent his youth on job sites and started gaining management roles as a teenager. Falvey solidified his expertise as a carpentry journeyman by studying architecture and becoming a draftsman, where he designed everything from decks to new construction projects in retail, industrial and private sectors.

Falvey has a thorough and intimate knowledge of all the steps and standards involved in the construction process, including market and business requirements that impact strategies and decision-making. He has worked on a national level in positions ranging from laborer to director of construction on both the contractor side and the client side, which has given him the unique ability to work with individuals in each role effectively.

Over the course of his career, Falvey has managed and completed over 200 projects, which enriched his diverse experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, T.I., light industrial, residential and churches.

In his new role with Tri-North Builders, Falvey’s job duties include running Tri-North Builders’ California office and managing all West Coast construction operations taking place in California, Oregon, Washington, Nevada, Utah and British Columbia. The addition of Falvey and the California office will allow Tri-North Builders to expand operations along the West Coast.
