Three directors to retire from Best Buy's board
New York City Best Buy Co. said that three of its directors are retiring for personal reasons.
Bradbury Anderson, Allen Lenzmeier and Frank Trestman told the retailer this week that they will resign from the company's board at the end of their terms on June 23 and would not stand for re-election at its annual meeting the following day.
According to Best Buy's filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission, the directors did not indicate they had any disagreement with the company.
