Chicago Human-resources solution provider TalentDrive announced a partnership with HarQen, a Web-telephony company, to integrate its principal application VoiceScreener with TalentDrive’s TalentFilter.

Human-resources solution provider TalentDrive announced a partnership with HarQen, a Web-telephony company, to integrate its principal application VoiceScreener with TalentDrive’s TalentFilter.

When completed, all parties in the hiring process involved can review and rank candidates based upon the quality of their resumes and an initial recorded interview.

“Our objective is to optimize the early phone-screening process so that human-resources professionals can spend more time with high-caliber candidates,” said E. Kelly Fitzsimmons, co-founder and CEO of HarQen.
