Starbucks Names New Exec VP, Division President

Seattle Starbucks Corp. said Monday that John Culver will become executive VP, and president, global consumer products, foodservice and Seattle’s Best Coffee, effective Feb. 20.

Culver will replace Gerardo “Gerry” Lopez, who announced he is leaving the company for personal reasons. Culver was previously senior VP, and president of Starbucks Coffee Asia Pacific. He joined Starbucks in 2002.
