Stage Stores names senior VP cosmetics

Houston Stage Stores said Tuesday it has named Christine Johnston as senior VP cosmetics.

In the newly created position, Johnston will report to Andy Hall, president and CEO, and will be responsible for all aspects of the company’s cosmetics business, including buying, planning, allocation and replenishment.

Johnston joined Stage Stores from Macy’s New York, where she was senior VP, GMM for the cosmetics and fragrance business.
