Sherwin-Williams names board member

Cleveland Sherwin-Williams Co. said Friday it has named an executive of International Paper Co. to its board of directors and audit committee.

Thomas G. Kadien, 53, is a senior VP at the paper and packaging company.

With Kadien's appointment, Sherwin-Williams now has 11 directors, 10 of which are independent.
