Sears names president of apparel for Kmart

Hoffman Estates, Ill. Sears Holdings announced that apparel veteran Tara Poseley will join the company as senior VP and president -- Kmart Apparel. She will be responsible for the oversight, leadership and strategic growth of Kmart's apparel business, both in-store and online.

Poseley most recently held the role of president for Bebe Sport.
