Sears Holdings Names New CFO

Hoffman Estates, Ill., Sears Holdings Corp. said Monday it named J. Miles Reidy CFO. Reidy will take over in October for chief administrative officer William C. Crowley, who has been serving as interim CFO.

Reidy previously worked at Capital One Financial Corp. as a financial cost executive.
