Sears Holdings names executive VP apparel, home unit

Hoffman Estates, Ill. Sears Holdings Corp. has named John D. Goodman executive VP of its apparel and home unit.

Goodman will be responsible for the oversight and leadership of Sears Holdings' apparel and home businesses in stores and online.

Sears said it will establish a San Francisco office, where Goodman will be based.

Goodman previously served as chief apparel and home officer for Kmart and as CEO for apparel retailer Charlotte Russe.
