Rite Aid Names Senior VP, Human Resources

Camp Hill, Pa, Rite Aid Corp. announced Monday that Steve Parsons has been promoted to senior VP, human resources. He previously served as Rite Aid Group VP, human resources.

In his new position, Parsons, 43, will be responsible for all aspects of human resources, including compensation and benefits, training, recruitment, talent management, leadership development, labor relations, customer satisfaction initiatives, diversity programs and change management. He succeeds Todd McCarty, who is leaving the company to take another position.
