RHYS Commercial appoints senior VP retail leasing

Stamford, Conn. RHYS Commercial has hired Jason Wuchiski as a senior VP in its Retail Leasing division and a member of its management committee.

In his new post, Wuchiski will be focused on representing both retailers and landlords throughout the tri-state marketplace. He was formerly a retail brokerage specialist at FirstService Williams.

Some of his current clients include Advance Auto Parts, AT&T Mobility, Five Guys Famous Burgers & Fries, Panera Bread, Massage Envy, SBC Restaurants, and landlords such as Gatto Development, The HB Nitkin Group and Phoenix Realty Management.

Wuchiski, 31, has closed in excess of $120 million in transactions since launching his commercial real estate career over seven years ago. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in business communication from Fairfield University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers.
