Report: Whole Foods Market slashes creative team

Amazon is reportedly pushing Whole Foods Market to cut costs — a move that directly impacts its marketing team.

Whole Foods is slashing regional and in-store marketing and graphic-design jobs, the company’s latest push to centralize operations, according to Business Insider.

Store graphic artists, which create signage used in the stores to highlight local products and prices, will be removed from the company’s organizational structure going forward, the report said. All regional marketing office positions below associate coordinator will also be cut.
