Report: Target may join Wal-Mart in supporting employer-mandated health care

New York City Target Corp. may join Wal-Mart Stores in supporting President Obama’s push to require all large companies to provide healthcare benefits to their workers, Dow Jones reported.

Target supports the program "in concept," but would have to see the final language of any legislation to formally back it, Target spokeswoman Kay Rubbelke said, according to the report.
