Report: Penney to rely mostly on part-timers

3/1/2018
J.C. Penney is doing a staff makeover.

That’s according to the New York Post, which reported that the retailer will convert many full-time employees to part-time positions (by cutting their hours from 35 a week to 25), and hire more part-timers.
