Report: H-E-B Makes Exec Appointments

San Antonio, Texas H-E-B has appointed Bob Loeffler as president, according to Austin Business Journal. The appointment became effective Nov. 1. Loeffler has served as the supermarket chain’s COO since Jan. 2003.

Craig Boyan will move into the role of COO, while Martin Otto will serve as CFO and executive VP of merchandising/procurement.
