Pep Boys Appoints Chairman, Board Member

Philadelphia The Pep Boys announced Tuesday it has named James Mitarotonda as its new non-executive chairman of the board.

Mitarotonda succeeds William Leonard, who resigned for personal reasons. Interim CEO Michael R. Odell also was appointed to the board. Odell has been serving in the interim leadership position since April 23.
