Princeton, N.J. Talent-assessment solution provider SHF and on-demand employee performance and talent-management solution provider SuccessFactors announced that the two companies have partnered to provide an improved workforce solution.

Formed by SHL’s Universal Competency Framework unpinned by SuccessFactors’ talent-management solutions, the advanced solution will offer multi-cultural performance and talent-management tools such as tracking individual employee potential and performance for human-resources competency evaluations and competency-based development and talent management.
